1. LINE Dance Needed for Special LINE Dance Event Tomorrow Night

The BDC provides dance entertainment for a variety of themed events and we are currently in need of 6 more Line Dancers to demonstrate what real club-style Line Dancing looks like to the International crowd that will be in attendance. The pay is $40 per person for a one-hour commitment plus a 15 minute orientation.
The event is at Glen Echo Park - 7300 MacArthur Boulevard, Glen Echo, MD 20812. The Dances will meet at 8:45pm at the Spanish Ballroom, then move to the adjacent Pavillion for the demo at 9:pm and participate in the following workshops and continued dancing to the band - till 10:pm.
Interested participants should be already avid Line Dancers with their own C-W style outfits - to sign up, CALL Ray directly at (240) 462-7292.

2. International STANDARD Ballroom Workshops @ Chevy Chase Ballroom, DC

As part of the BDC's continuing 'Chamapionship Series' this Saturday 6/4/2011 is the 1st of a 4-week series of workshops in the International Style SAMBA & JIVE - in the Bronze Level. The classes will use Standard syllabus figures with strong emphasis on technically correct execution with advanced styling as if for performance and/or competition!
